We start with premium Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon fruit. Naturally made lighter, softer and sweeter - like an Italian Rosato, with a secret twist. And then reimagined as six extraordinarily refreshing Spritzes.

An exotic flavour bomb, made from 100% premium cabernet grapes, in a luscious Venetian ‘Rosato’ style. The Cabánato palate explodes with sweet strawberries, gooseberries and cherries, counterpointed with a lip-smacking pomegranate finish, beguiling silky viscosity and delicate, refreshing spritz.
Wild RoZella
Over ice, the lush wild berries and cherry sweetness of the host Cabánato pairs beautifully with the tart, floral hibiscus flavours of natural Australian Rosella, with a hint of citrusy Finger Lime and tangy Kakadu Plum, and it all bursts in the mouth like sherbet.

We took premium Margaret River Cabernet and asked “what if?’ Reimagining it as a sweeter, lighter, super-refreshing and drinkable Italian-style, Rose-like wine we named ‘Rosato’. Then came the flavour twist, as we concocted six extraordinarily enjoyable, exceptionally refreshing flavours - created from a range of exotic and natural wild Australian ingredients. The result? ‘Bubbles of Pure Joy’. Alcohol alchemy. Cocktails crafted with passion, served over ice and ready for any occasion this summer.
The Perfect Serve
Steps:
- Fill your glass with crushed ice
- Pour in a can of your favourite CABANATO ‘Spritz’
- Add a generous slice of fresh Lime, Lemon or your favourite garnish.
- Raise a glass to refreshment and doing things differently.

CABERNATO, CABANATO?
For over eight years we owned the CABERNATO trademark and so-branded our newly developed Spritzers. When, out of the blue, the powers-that-be decided it was too close to Cabernet (go figure?) and we’d have to change. So creating the new CABANATO brand and trademark. Now as unique as our new range of exciting, exotic flavoured Spritzers.
